Overview

Florida Radiology Consultants (FRC) is a physician-owned practice serving Southwest Florida for over 50 years. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our administrative team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently in support of our radiologists and clinical staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, team-oriented, and experienced in general office procedures. Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with medical office environments is preferred.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time
• Location: Primary office in Fort Myers with occasional front desk coverage at satellite offices
• Environment: Fast-paced and collaborative medical office
• Technology: QuickBooks and Electronic Medical Records systems

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
• Support bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks
• Scan, file, and manage digital records within electronic systems
• Provide administrative support to staff and management
• Occasionally assist with front desk duties at our satellite location

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or office experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience a plus
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Bilingual language skills a plus
